The state of this sub is atrocious, as more than half of the posts are users asking who they should add to their team. Instead, there will be another Vault mini-promo that runs from tomorrow, 7/21 to 7/23, and the Preseason promo will start on Friday, 7/22. Then go to arena and play teams with 2000+ OVR higher than your team!
While there will still be promo exclusive items or currencies, crafting & trading will provide more flexibility to sets.
