We didn't take any chances and went with strictly cd music, although for one song we used husbands iPhone and were greeted with a nice loud feedback for a second. Gift Shop, Complete did a great job for our photobooth! He kept everything flowing very smoothly and checked with me throughout the evening. I read a lot of great reviews on this vendor and ended up very disappointed. DJs they always have a back up to fill in. :). I would highly recommend John for any event as his professionalism and expertise shined throughout the planning and execution of the wedding.

After the wedding I attempted to contact Complete Events about the problems we encountered and never heard back. 10/10 would use again! We had Rachel M as our photographer and Coleson as our DJ. He also suggested times that would be good for Justin was our DJ and I could not be happier, he went above and beyond! I LOVED everyone we had from this company! Holy cow. I want to share our disappointment with Complete Weddings and Events from Grand Rapids who provided the photo booth at my daughters wedding. We all had a wonderful time and by the nights end someone had apparently not called soon enough for a taxi and was stuck waiting outside in the cold. I would definitely recommend him and Complete Weddings + Events! Thank you, Complete for providing a team that is easy to work with, aware of the potential issues, and creative in problem solving. :-), ion he asked multiple times if there was anything else he could do to make my reception amazing.

We used her discount and thought everything was ok; but never received a contract until I requested one about two weeks Pat was our DJ, he did an awesome job. They played music that I liked and had asked for. Alex was wonderful prior to our event, she went above and beyond to make sure all of our concerns and questions where addressed. My friends are still talking about how great the dj was almost two months after the wedding. They are committed to helping couples create a totally unique and tailored wedding experience that they will remember for years to come. He interacted with our guests, was great with requests, had a fabulous mix of music -- I don't think I heard a single song I didn't know or didn't like, and we had EVERYONE on the dance floor at one point or another. We had an absolute ALL STAR team and we could not have asked for anyone better to help us with our special day! A true professional! They also played a great game that really got people on the dance floor right away. Our DJ was Ralph and he was a hoot and a half! He also jumped on the floor and taught us a dance for Wobble. Its the only time youll want to bulk up for your big day! She was great at giving directions and was extremely patient with us (we had a lot of jitters on the day of and neither of us were thinking clearly or quickly as we got closer to ceremony time haha).
I will absolutely treasure all these goofy pictures of our favorite people and I'm so grateful we had someone as relaxed and knowledgeable as Jessica to make sure that it all went off so well Walt, our DJ was so fun! But I am not impressed with Complete as a whole. a drink and checking in on me since I was so nervous. ething. On the day of every event, they bring only the best state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment to set the scene on the dance floor. Peter was just the right DJ for us. Our DJ also did a great job of getting our guests on the dance floor. He started announcing a garter toss even though we had told him at our meeting that wouldnt be happening which made it super awkward.

Very casual, very informative and VERY reassuring, Alex was easy to bounce ideas off of and I never felt like I was bothering her when I had questions or concerns. He als Our DJ was great on communicating with me before the wedding. I had forgotten to schedule it and I didint recieve a phone call reminding me.. Because of that We had Complete Music for our DJ services at our wedding in July 2012. Not to mention very friendly! I called with a few concerns in the weeks leading up to the event and she was both attentive to me while discussing my event and quick with follow up. There was a tiny snaffu in ceremony music - my fault, I didn't recognize the song at first in rehearsal since the precessional and bridal entrance songs were very similar and both instrumental. For my exit ceremony song, I wanted it to fade in at a specific point in the song; instead he played it from the beginning. DJ, Photo, Video, Photo Booth, Day of Coordination, Classical, Country, Dance, Disco, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Latin, Polka, Pop, R&B, Rock, MC Services, Recorded Music, Sound Equipment. They were professional and office staff was courteous and professional. Our DJ Dennis, was really a great fit for our wedding. It was a surprise hit! To ensure every aspect of the wedding is covered, this company also has a repertoire of photographers and videographers ready to go. We didn't have very many traditional aspects and he was met our needs exactly. He had a quick "do you know the couple" game that our tables had to answer to get released to go to the buffet that was super fun. blem at all. He started the wrong first dance song, didn't announce the garter toss until after it was completed because he was talking to a guest, and never did the anniversary dance even after it was requested multiple times. I danced all night long, didn't know I had it in me! Rob has excellent song choices and kept the dance floor going all night! It was truly our dream day. a wedding dance, played lots of requests, even lead a few dance moves. Would definitely recommend! Seriously the worst customer service experience I have ever had, not with the staff, but with the owner. the emails are easy to ignore, but get tiresome to see. the tosses, shoe game, speeches and special dances. When he decided to play the anniversary song it was too late in the night and all the older couples had already left so we decided to cut that out.

When we got assigned our dj thats when things went bad. The DJ made me feel at ease with the music plans. Keith was our DJ and Kaylee was our photo booth attendant. Very laid back and not too pushy, but on top of every detail! Period. Complete helps coordinate a plan, shoot great photos, capture compelling video, and provide the perfect soundtrack for the day.
