Not sure how you'd be able to get it without the league going core. To me personally the worst offender is the lack of balance between skills and playstyles. Void Beacon is -20% to cold and chaos resistance and the follow up nodes both give 15% more damage of their respective types. This is very important. You scaled your hit and move speed with evasion, and all your other points went to chaos, proj, and attack speed, and life. So if you look at the supports in the helmet, the ICE BITE one is one of the bigger damage amps for flicker strike builds. Everything has become a gamble to the point you cannot accurately assess the risk. Part of what problem? just for the str/block? Since it scales considerably lower you need and you probably know that need 2.4x the ES to match the same damage as health so here's the basic math, Damage dealt: 12000 ES x 0.05 = 600 base damage. Keep the forbidden rite gems and other gems you'll eventually need in the second weapon slots so that you can still level them. Weapon Elemental Damage was the big source of double dipping.
