The service I got from 2 sales assistants was 2nd to none..and the guy Will at the cashdesk was lovely. I was expecting a faster approach on the click and collect. Due to the very poor customer service, I Could not possibly recommend purchasing a gym item online from Intersport Elverys. I NEVER do reviews i work in retail too but OMG I had to share this beaut ! My children have the money to buy them. Absolutely no contact don't have a clue where my order is or what's going on.. all emails and phone calls have not been answered. The print whilst it was ok it was a bit creased up. I got an Ireland shirt the other day and decided to get a name and number on the back. Theyre not perfect, but then again, nothing ever is nor will be.

Eventually they advised me that there was a manufactures fault and that they would get their Irish returns dept to collect it from me. I have not received an apology from anyone nor have been advised as to when I might have a replacement bike or a refund. shocking .. lady whoever u are you let yourself diwn so badly sort it out get a job you like darlin' . It also didnt match the FAI official font for shirts but thats something I wont begrudge them too much on, since it is difficult to get official name sets as there isnt really a place you can get them. Talk to a representative from Intersport Elverys. Day 2 collected helmet and it was for a 10-11 year old. I purchased an Exercise Spin bike online on 10th Dec and while the bike was delivered within a few days, I had difficulties in assembling it. They advertise products at a price. The website is pretty poor in comparison to other online competition outside Irish sports shops. Day 1, I waited 40 mins to be served and I was told out loud so my poor son could hear that my childs head was too big and one would have to be ordered in on click and collect which would mean another 50 miles up and down the following week. I gave only 4 stars as it took a bit too long (4days) to get them from the store. This caused the box it came in to have a slight dent in it. We're living in difficult times & a little flexibility goes a long way. I travelled 50 miles to get my son his first hurling helmet. Would not recommend.

Really disappointed today with lady at the till, I bought 84 worth of shopping & my wife had sent me the 3 mobile code but the lady at till refused it as it didn't come from my phone. I understand there are rules but this was never an issue in the past. I was issued a refund minus the ball my son was playing with. I had been promised the previous day that a big order would be delivered Tuesday so there would be plenty options available if helmet ordered did not fit. I generally wouldn't be too pushed about shopping in store as you can generally get products much cheaper online from a wider range of retailers.Over the last year I have made a couple of orders from elverys online. After trying on some helmets he told me he had nothing and to go somewhere else this despite assurances Day 1 they would definitely have loads of choice with all the stock coming in on Tuesday.
