If I wanted her shaved I would have said the word ""shave."" If you've brought your furry friend along to Franklin and want to give them a vacation as well, check out My Second Home! When I went to pick him up I didn't even recognize him! I like that the two of them are able to be boarded together and I have always been pleased with the staff at the front desk. They really loves animals and I feel like he gets wonderful care and lots of attention. This is an exceptional place in every way. After taking him to the vet the next day, i was told it was infected and he needed 3 stiches. My dog loves My Second Home!! We also have serenity suites for older and more nervous dogs that provides a calmer more. We do not have breed restrictions. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! In addition, they knicked both of his ears and now he has two 2"" red / oozing scabs. Your fur baby will enjoy lots of love and activity while you're enjoying all that Franklin has to offer. The best part was that it was just a mile from my partner's work. They really care about here and myself. I love the difference in my dog with him going verses not. I had just picked-up my puppy two weeks before boarding, and was VERY nervous for Jasmine, and filled with anxiety as I was not sure how she adjust being in a brand-new environment so soon, after rescue.

We could tell she enjoyed being outside with the other dogs and was well taken care of. When I picked her up I was so upset I didn't say anything. The groomer I spoke with originally was already gone for the day so the front desk called back and spoke with another groomer who stated that he wasn't very good with the bath, dryer, etc (Which is odd cause he is fine with a bath and hair dryer at home) and that to get the mats out it would have traumatized him and with this being his first time being groomed he would be afraid to be groomed forever. Maybe a phone call to me before you shaved my dog BALD would have been a good idea. They have treated me and my loved one (puppy) very well and are always in a good mood whenever I come in. I would highly encourage you to give this place a try and you will find that you will be pleased with the results. He came back healthier and happier than Ive ever seen him. However, they are seriously overpriced. I work long hours and this place makes having an active dog work for me!
