Iron Maiden + ski resort feel + good food = Aspen Lodge. His food is AMAZING.
I literally can't wait to come back here as often as I possibly can! May change my score if I ever decide to go here again, but wasted 45 min. Did I mention that the food wasn't very tasty. Service was slow. The chef really cares about how people liked his food and came out to check on us after our meal and asked how we liked everything. Fantastic service, fantastic food. The beer - nothing on tap. Like to try new places from time to time along with my wife. My wife asked for ice water with lemon and got a bottle of purified water room temperature. Kitschy Christmas themed place really draws you in though, so you end up inadvertently waiting to get punched in the face with their less-than-creative rounding (up naturally) of sales taxes and a $3 debit card fee per person when paying split check. // observer.observe(); Inside was absolutely the chillest and hippest bar simultaneously. Never know if it is the best cheese steak in the world. ? For those that dont know, that is illegal by CO bar laws it undercuts every other legal bar establishment that purchases from a distributor as prescribed by the law (meaning the legal places are forced to pay their employees less to abide by the law). Like I said, kitschy). Aspen Lodge is my favorite restaurant. Won't be around until September sometime. That didnt stop them from gouging on drinks though$4.50 for a can of Coors Light. The gyro and the Messut burger are always incredible. Love this restaurant! Booooo. You might just be lucky to not be dining when the liquor board shuts this place down. Don't waist your money and time. If it's December, ask if there is Tiramisu. It's a VERY unique menu that fuses Turkish/mediterranean PERFECTLY with American classics. Food was decent. It screamed "Come inside". If so, you might just support a legal business that employs your son or daughter. Enjoy the quirky atmosphere mixing Christmas at a ski lodge with the owner'a passionate love for Iron Maiden and some delicious Turkish inspired cuisine. Great funk-appeal, unique place with delicious Mediterranean food and an ambiance all its own. Best Philly Cheesesteak I've ever had 12/10. The vibe of this place was clearly evident as soon as I saw the doors, windows, and facade. On top of all of the great Iron Maiden references, the food is very delicious and the service is great! The fries are also great. Ive only been once and Im already a regular!
Or, your niece or nephew. //, Cracovia Polish-American Restaurant & Bar. This place is truly awesome, great atmosphere and food and good service! great place to enjoy a drink and much on some yummy food! The parking lot is a bit dark and unless you were looking for this place it'd be hard to tell it was there.
Zero bussing of patrons that had long since gone. The service was friendly but the food - well , not very good.
not a quick place but super good food and fun atmosphere. It's the booziest and most delicious I've ever had. Not that special. I'll be going back for sure and highly recommend to anyone who hasn't gone there yet! Ski decorations, rock posters, Christmas decorations, Nat Geo magazines stacked neatly at the bar, every liquor known to man kind behind the bar, a mini stage, and logs used as foot rests at the bar. // The decorations show just how in touch with life the owner of it must be! And it ended abruptly. Judge a restaurant not by it's decor. The food was great, many people came in to order takeout while we dined too. The Mesut burger is currently the best burger I've ever had! I usually order the hamburger and it is cooked perfectly every time. That is we're the doubt ended.
// const observer = lozad(); // lazy loads elements with default selector as ".lozad" She got the gyro plate and it wasn't even close to a gyro. Cant wait to go back again. Really wanted to like this place until I saw the 1.75L bottles of liquor (at least 40) behind the bar.
Whoever they may be, they might gain some sense of ethics. I drove all the way there on a recommendation to from a friend only to find them closed indefinitely as owner is out of country. The owner, bartender, & cook (All the same person) kept every person happy and somehow still had plenty of time to show how personable he is. Fine, but at least post something or have a voicemail set up saying that. Take your money else where. The silent treatment.
Quaint little neighborhood bar with some tasty food. Even with only one waitress on a Sunday, our food came out on time and delicious. I was presented with a handwritten bill as seen in the attached photo (apologies for the black light lit photo. Ignored at the bar. // Love the decor, very different! Quite possibly one of the coolest "dive bars " I've EVER been into so far. wild looking place but the food is sooooo good. Decor is an eclectic mix of a 70s ski town bar, heavy metal shrine, and Santa's Village. Unlike at this place.
I chose this place from the Yelp app.
Pulling into the tiny "shopping center" the bar is in, I started to question the recommendation that I received. Pair it with an Efes Pilsner (Turkish) and you can't go wrong. It's unbelievable that a burger that unique could also be so amazing! Needs more effort on the staying within the confines of the law ethics part of business, that is unfortunately devoid from many businesses today.
