Hurricane fleets a great ship, but the kitey artillery version is not really suited for fighting other cruiser gangs; even with links, they can catch you and it only takes two or three cruisers to kill you before you break one. You should be good against most solo battlecruisers or cruisers, with the obvious exception of the fastest ships like the orthrus/omen navy. CCP hf.
