The company did not call us after being a hour and 30 minutes late to pick us up, we had to keep calling them. It was very hot but they provided plenty of water to keep us hydrated. Experience was dope but the issue for me is that the tour guides charge another separate fee of $30 after you pay through Viator for park fees when in reality the majority of the land outside of of the Vegas strip is considered public property. This was a very fun experience. Just go with another service more professional company. Each resort typically has a dedicated shuttle or tour pickup location, if unsure where to wait please contact us to check. It's a Family Owned business but they try to get over on you by charging you the extra $30 for "grounds fair" meanwhile its the fee for picking you up per person. The night time tour I purchased was not done at night it was during the day, they rushed my friends that did go on the tour so they could bring the next group in. The ride was rough but my adult children had fun. Directions will be provided upon booking. And didn't teach us anything or tell us fun facts. Finally they picked us up. They were personable and friendly. I was nervous but the helped me along the way! The most memorable part of the experience for us was being able to be out in the open and not feel like we were getting left behind. Do not make a decision base on this review. Beginner friendly, My wife and I had a blast and this was our first time going atv riding! We only have a few pictures we took,but it would have been good to get the actual pictures of us riding. I had as much fun as a person can have on a golf cart. My adult children, not teens. We try to give the best price possible.
