So frustrating as I'm trying to do away with the Samsung TV and Samsung Soundbar remotes and just use the Google TV remote, and this is the only thing I have to keep pulling the tv or soundbar remote out for (changing the sound mode back to Adaptive or Surround). I am having the exact same issue, albeit with my Gaming PC/Google TV. I was thinking about buying a converter but I'd lose the ability to control volume. The input lag is now gone but the sound is messed up, which wasn't the case before and if I turn Game Mode off the audio goes back to normal. Advertise I'm having the exact same issue while connected to a Samsung A650 series sound bar. I can't afford a better setup for the sound. Two AOC GAMING mice and a wireless headset. A hard rest fixed it however. I thought about buying an optical to RC converter to hook them up to my PC speakers, which would make the sound probably better but I'd lose the ability to control the volume. Observe sound mode is reverted to 'Game' mode for all inputs. Also I run my audio out through an optical cable to my receiver.
