After waiting 4 hours for a room and another 45 minutes to be seen, they hand me back my kitten with a leg soaked in blood and still actively dripping onto my hands and leg. Another thing I think they could do better would be to send out reminders when shots are due.I guess since the location is pretty convenient and the price is decent, I have yet to leave.I definitely plan on it though especially after my last ordeal I went through. The wait can be very long sometimes, but for a clinic you kinda got to expect that. One of them is a very hard dog to handle. Do Not waste your time or money. Either A) you can call ahead of time B) Realise it is an animal clinic, so that welcomes walk-ins.

The tech didn't even notice and I was the one that had to clean it up and apply pressure because she just stood there saying it a hematoma like she had just learned that word earlier that morning. I have never had any problems and find everyone, staff & vets, to be extremely helpful. Less staff BSing, less breaks, quit hiding in the back and goofing off. Honestly, I would just avoid this place all together. I also went off and on for over 20 years mostly for shots and heart worm pills since our regular vet was way more expensive for those items. I had to leave my pet alone in a room to go see why things were taking so long and was then informed that two euthanasias had come in and those took precedent. Just threw her out like a used rag. Once your in it seems ok. After taking my cat to an emergency vet and being told I had moved the furniture around and that was why my cat was incontinent of urine, I went to see Dr. Bays. Absolutely terrible place. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the prices are the most affordable in the area. Terrible. You also dont have to wait like crazy that people also say on here.

I dropped my dog off today to get neutered stood in line For 30 minutes 15 of those minutes I was at the desk your employees walked away and didnt return after a 15 minutes I asked the girl that was sitting next to her what the problem was I said I'm just dropping my dog off so then she helped me I hope you have camera's your employee needs to be fired. This place is so incompetent I will never EVER go there again! As I have gone to this Vets for the majority of my adult life. And I recommend that you give them a chance as well. He really knows what he talking about and is quite familiar with my dog's rare auto immune disease and is NEVER judgmental. We told the front desk worker that our dog's time was up and she immediately put us in a private room with no wait. They allowed us to go out through the side door versus going through the waiting room full of people which was a relief. Will never use this place again!

Finally, I got tired of spending $150 per visit with no apparent results. I've been taking my English Bulldog here for a couple years plus a few other dogs I had ( husky, lab/pit mix, teddy bear). Then had to wait over an hour both times to be Ive been there 2 times for shots.

This is the only veteran office I go to and thats because the price is right but some of the staff could smile more and act like they enjoy their job. We would take the dog back again, same thing.

On that note I've always thought the place was really clean considering there are like 20 animals minimum in that place at a time it seems.
