Machining from the end of the part allows you to encapsulate the part, achieve balanced cutting action and hold concentricity and tolerances. Adjustability often results in the ability to produce a range of part sizes using a single tool body. Our special tools allow you to perform what would otherwise be separate or secondary operations simultaneously at one station in one pass. Genesee tools are easy to set and adjust. Our blades can be easily ground per our instruction in a simple fixture, or we offer regrinding services. GEN-DEX hollow mills offer a throwaway indexable insert alternative to blades where complex forms or sharp corners are not required. Genesee blades can be reground dozens of times and are then replaceable. Standard products can be altered to suit customer requirements. Form blades with single or multiple chamfers and radii are produced to order. We will provide shank type and size to your specifications, including over spindle mounting, face mounting, face plate mounting or other requirements.
